Leslie Wolfe has over 33 years of clinical research experience starting with 7 years at the site level, transitioning to co-founder and Executive Director of a multispecialty research center in New Orleans, LA. She joined Merck in 1997 as a Medical Research Associate (MRA/CRA) and has held many roles in various therapeutic areas with increasing and wide-ranging responsibilities including Associate Regional Manager, US Country Site Evaluation and selection Manager, Associate Director North America Clinical Research Manager and Director US Early Talent & Clinical Trial Coordinator (CTC) Organization. She is currently Director, Clinical Research in Early Talent Development overseeing the US Emerging Talent Rotational Program and Early Talent CTC team. Her primary responsibilities include recruiting and developing emerging talent for the successful launch of new careers and building a bench of future leaders in clinical research.
