Linda Davidson-Ray is the director of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion at the Duke Clinical Research Institute. With more than 30 years of experience as an operational leader in Health Equities Research, Linda understands the issues that face our industry and the research ecosystem. She is responsible for informing strategy and developing programs to address equality, racial justice, and social justice to promote the inclusion of all people in research and to reduce health disparity among underrepresented groups.
