Agnieszka Finlayson, MSc, MA, (aga@whitewisteriaacademy.com) is the Founder and Director of White Wisteria Academy, which focuses on soft skills training for Clinical Research Professionals. Agnieszka has been working in Clinical Research for over 15 years ranging from pharmaceutical start-ups to global CROs.
She presented on the topic of soft skills at the ACRP Conference in Dallas in 2023 and this presentation was very well received, as confirmed by the organizers.
