She has worked as a clinical operations specialist, study coordinator, CRA, CTM, and now a global project manager. She has successfully managed large, complex trials that span the globe. Crystal was a three-time finalist for PharmaTimes Clinical Researcher of the Year and won bronze in the Project Management category in 2018.
