With over 16 years of experience in Learning & Development, Lauren leads the organization’s efforts to bridge the gap between business needs and learning solutions by fostering the skills necessary to improve operational efficiency while helping employees engage and grow in their careers. With a demonstrated background spanning multiple specialties, Lauren currently focuses on new hire onboarding and development, organizational effectiveness of learning delivery, and supporting a culture of continuous learning, empowerment, and shared success. Prior to joining Javara, she held learning and development leadership positions at Alvarez & Marsal and KPMG US. Lauren earned both her Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology and Master’s of Business Administration from St. Thomas Aquinas College.
