Richard Dima, MD is currently the Senior Director, Clinical Research at Northwell Health. He started his research career over 8 years ago as a coordinator and moved up the ranks to his current position. He leads the training program for both coordinators and new PIs. He co-chairs Northwell's implementation for Epic. He is currently pursuing his MBA at Hofstra University
