Ms. Linden Johnson currently serves as the Senior Director of Clinical Trials and Business Development for the Medical Center of the Americas Foundation (MCA) a non-profit whose mission is to develop and catalyze a globally competitive life science ecosystem for West Texas and Southern New Mexico. Along with leading the region's Clinical Trial Consortium (CTC), Ms. Linden Johnson's primary responsibilities include program development, funding, launch, and execution of the CTC's core strategic programs and initiatives including CTx Briefings -- a monthly webinar whose purpose is to drive learning, networking and trials to our region, the MCA's Clinical Trial Academy (CTA) which aims to grow and diversify the clinical research workforce and the number of clinical trial sites in West Texas and Southern New Mexico, and the Clinical Trial Network (CTn) whose purpose is to increase trial access (awareness, engagement, and referral) via improved care coordination among Community Health Workers, healthcare providers and investigator sites. Prior to her role at the MCA, Ms. Linden Johnson worked in a business development capacity at multiple life science companies including Denver Health, Hauser Pharmaceutical Services, Poudre Valley Health Systems (now UCHealth), and the University of Illinois at Chicago. Ms. Linden Johnson serves on ACRP's Partners Advancing the Clinical Research Workforce (PACRW) Taskforce a multi-stakeholder collaborative of clinical research industry leaders committed to building a diverse, clinical research workforce, and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE). She holds a master's degree in business administration and an undergraduate degree in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology from the University of Colorado. A licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) since 1991, Ms. Linden Johnson also holds a master's degree in social work from the University of Chicago.
