Bree Burks has been involved in clinical research from the perspective of a bedside nurse, research coordinator, team manager and a director of a large central clinical trials office within three leading academic medical centers. She has over 12 years of experience in research and has viewed clinical trials from the role of both a sponsor and a site. She’s supported nearly 1,000 trials spanning all translational stages. In her most recent role as Senior Director at Vanderbilt University’s Coordinating Center, Bree helped design and implement many solutions to streamline processes.
As VP of Strategy for Veeva’s site solutions, Bree provides industry expertise and thought leadership to ensure Veeva’s products meet the complex needs of clinical research sites. Bree joined Veeva because she believes that technology can empower sites and improve clinical research.
