Prior to Kelly’s role at Merck & Co., she was a Clinical Research Director leading oncology trial execution in the United States. Kelly started her career as a registered nurse and study coordinator. She joined the biopharmaceutical industry as a clinical research associate (CRA) in 1997 and has taken on roles of increasing responsibility since, including CRA management, country and regional study management before moving into her more recent roles.
Kelly received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada. She earned a Master of Science in Health Science (MSHS) from George Washington University in Washington, D.C.
