Cancellations received in writing (Contact Us) prior to March 30, 2019 will result in a full refund less a $75 administrative fee. Refunds will be processed via the payment method used to cover the cost of the original registration. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after March 30, 2019, though the registrant has the option to credit their ACRP 2019 registration fees toward ACRP 2020 registration. If the 2020 registration is of greater value, the registrant will be responsible for paying the difference.
If a registrant is unable to attend ACRP 2019, they may substitute, by arrangement with the registrar, someone else from the same institute/organization.
Substitution requests may be sent to ACRP (Contact Us) and must come from the original registrant and include the original registrant’s name and amount paid, in addition to the replacement attendee’s email and full name. Should the registration transfer occur between registrants eligible for different registration categories (member versus non-member), the substitute will be responsible for paying the difference between registration fees.
