How the Competition Works
Clinical research is all about collaboration and solving problems. And that’s what the ACRP All-Star Challenge is all about – testing your team’s ability to work together and collaboratively solve problems while exemplifying operational efficiency, teamwork, effectiveness, cost constraint, and communication.
The process is simple:
Put together your organization’s all-star team – 3-6 of your company’s best talent who you know can work well together problem-solving – and submit your application.
Have your team show up Thursday, April 11, at the Music City Center ready to compete. There is no pre-work required. The competition is expected to take approximately 7 hours (8:00am-3:00pm).
During the competition, your team will be asked to collaboratively solve problems presented in 3 real-world scenario,s and to present to a panel of industry-leading judges. Scenarios are not provided in advance.
Industry leadership from across the clinical research enterprise will judge team presentations and determine which teams represent the best in the field.
Winners will be revealed Friday, April 12, during the ACRP Awards and Recognition Ceremony at the Omni Nashville (6:45-9:00pm).
Fees & Additional Details
Teams are required to pay a single $5,000 participation fee, which also provides Full Conference registration to the ACRP 2019 annual conference for each of your team members (Workshops are NOT included). The participation fee also provides entry for each team member to the ACRP Awards & Recognition Ceremony.
